Return and Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

At Cover Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Custom Case Exception

Please Note:

Customized cases (with personal photos or text) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please review your designs carefully before ordering.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
